EcoHouse Company History

EcoHouse Developments is now an internationally operating organisation which has its principal offices in Natal, Brazil. Our company is also established in London (UK), Toronto (Canada), Singapore (SE Asia) and most recently, in Dubai (UAE Middle East). We have an expending workforce of over eight hundred full time employees which includes a full time build crew based in Natal, Brazil. We are currently the only UK authorised company actually building legally in Brazil under the Minha Casa Minha Vida social housing programme and offering the best, safe and secure Investment Opportunities through Overseas Property Investment and Social Housing.

Our company has been developing strongly in north east Brazil for a number of years. During this time we’ve established a solid presence and reputation with both the administration and the people of the area. We have a well- established organisation in the city of Natal and surrounding areas and are incidentally one of the few European construction firms officially developing in this part of the country.

EcoHouse Developments is a provider of the government-backed social housing programme Minha Casa Minha Vida. We own the land, we are fully registered with the Brazilian government, have all building permits in place and our investors money is fully backed by Brazil’s largest bank CAIXA. We are also fully backed by Lloyds (London).Our investors are making a lucrative return on their money and many of them are repeatedly re-investing in subsequent phases.

  Anthony Armstrong Emery (Chief Executive Officer)  

Anthony Armstrong Emery is our CEO and he has a long-standing love affair with international property. Previously he tripled the turnover of one of Europe's largest real estate investment firms following his appointment as Chief. As a result he has a tremendous background and experience of development on every level. We are delighted that he has brought this extensive business acumen to EcoHouse. He is going from strength to strength as every day passes.

  Lorraine Violet (PA to the CEO Anthony Armstrong)  

Lorraine is the Personal Assistant to EcoHouse CEO Anthony Armstrong Emery, and deals with his busy and complex schedule on a day-to-day basis. This includes TV interviews, construction issues, a host of administration matters and collecting awards both in Brazil and the UK! Lorraine is a native English speaker who has travelled extensively around the world but has lived in Brasil for the last few years. She can help answer many of your questions, connect you to the right people in the office and is always ready to help.
